Title: Upload folder is full error on forums when adding an attachment.

When I attempted to add a 34kb attachment image to a post on the forums, I got the message: The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.

Tried a 3kb file, just for kicks, and got the same error.

I'm having the same problem...
can someone tell me which administrator should be contacted?

It's been full since day 1...i believe on purpose.
